  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number, if applicable.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer various shipping options within the United States, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen, the size and weight of the package, and the delivery location.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping costs vary based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • B2B Shipping: For wholesale and business orders, shipping terms and costs will be outlined in your order confirmation or invoice. Freight options are available upon request, and the customer is responsible for all import duties and customs clearance.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays).
  • B2C Delivery: Typical delivery times for standard shipping within the USA range from 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options may arrive in 1-3 business days.
  • B2B Delivery: Delivery times for business customers will be specified in the order confirmation. Freight and bulk shipments may have longer lead times.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Restricted Items: Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain regions due to legal, regulatory, or logistical reasons. We will notify you if any part of your order is affected.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Ichundu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution, which may include reshipment or a refund at our discretion.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

10. Changes to Shipping Address
