Imperial Yame Batch 002 is the newest addition to our Imperial collection -- grown in the celebrated tea fields of Yame and crafted from highly prized Saemidori tencha. Our partner factory in Shizuoka processed and refined this matcha using 100% first-flush, stone milled tencha, and fired Yame style. 

The result is a quintessential Yame-style Saemidori: bright and vivid green that whisks into a smooth matcha -- well-balanced natural sweetness, savory and umami, and hints of nuttiness.
